Every order counts. No points, no math. Your first order makes you a Nommie, your second Nommie+, your third puts you in the Nom Collective, and from your tenth you're in the Inner Circle. Every level unlocks more.
Do I need to sign up?
No. If you've ordered with us before, you already have a level. New here? Sign up as a Member and get 10% off your first order. There's nothing to activate and it never costs anything.
What do I get?
Member: 2h early access to every new collection, free shipping over €140 (DE, AT, CH), and €10 for you and a friend when they join through you.
Nommie+: a birthday treat on top.
Nom Collective: free shipping always, 1 day early access, and your vote on new designs.
Inner Circle: free returns, priority service, invites, and a surprise chosen for you.
Where can I see my level and rewards?
In your account. Your level, your perks and any rewards waiting for you are all there. Log in with your email, no password needed.
Can I lose my level?
Only if you don't order for a full year. Then you're back to Member, and your next order takes you straight back up. We'll remind you 30 days and 7 days before.
