Your Responsibilities

• Shooting and Content Creation: You will organize and execute shootings with our team in Amsterdam and distribute the created content across our social media channels.
• Management of Social Media Channels: You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of our social media activities. We hope you have a good eye for trends.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate closely with our Head of Product and Head of Marketing to develop new creative campaigns.
• Community Management: Engage with our community and respond to comments and messages. No worries. You're not alone here, and it really helps to be in touch with everyone.
• Social Media Advertising: Work closely with our Digital Marketing Team to develop, test, and continuously optimize new ads to achieve the best results.
• Collaborations and Influencer Management: Work closely with our Influencer Marketing Team to identify potential influencers and partners for collaborations.
• Event Participation: Support the planning, organization, and execution of on-site events. You will be on location, assisting with event setup, execution, and creating content to showcase our events on social media.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position at a company focused on social media, ideally within fashion.
• Highly passionate about photography and shooting organization, proficient with analog and digital formats, andcreative understanding of the NOM aesthetic
• Love for managing social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest) and familiar with the latest trends.
• Hands-on mentality and strong team player: You enjoy working in a team and collaborating closely with other departments such as Product, Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
• Ability to work independently and reliably, with strong organizational skills.
• We use Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Adobe, Figma, ...
• Fluent in English; Based in Amsterdam or willing to move to Amsterdam.

Your Responsibilities

• Joint concept planning: develop and plan creative shooting concepts.
• Shooting planning and prep: joint model search and communication, studio and props organization, product steaming.
• Conduct shootings focusing on analog photography, behind-the-scenes photos, iPhone photography, and camcorder videos.
• Post-production: sorting images, taking analog films for development, and preparing all content.

Your Profile

• Experience in photography and shooting organization with analog and digital formats.
• Creative understanding of the NOM aesthetic and strong initiative in planning and conducting shoots.
• Ability to work independently and reliably, with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work dynamically.
• Based in Amsterdam.
