How long is the shipping time?

We instantly ship most pieces on the first working day after your buy. From then on, it usually takes 3-4 working days to arrive within Germany. Stay up-to-date by subscribing to our newsletter, where we tell you in advance what shipping time to expect.

The shipping times are just a guideline and depend on third parties and conditions like e.g., the season.

Which countries are you shipping to?

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States and United Kingdom.

  • For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred which are to be borne by the customer. These include, in particular, customs duties, import taxes and any processing fees charged by shipping service providers.
  • These charges are not included in the sales price and are not levied by us or paid to us. They are to be paid by the buyer directly to the responsible authorities or service providers.
  • We expressly point out that even if the note “incl. taxes” appears in our store, this refers exclusively to the German VAT and not to possible import duties in the country of destination.

What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order means you’re purchasing an item before it’s physically in stock. You’re securing your piece in advance, which helps us plan better and avoid overproduction.

Each Pre-Order, as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse, will be packed and shipped to you right away.

Why Pre-Order?
We’re a small brand and produce consciously. Pre-Orders help us reduce waste and produce more mindfully, while still making sure you get your favorite piece before it sells out.

If your order includes both Pre-Order and available items, everything will be shipped together once the Pre-Order is ready.


Can I send back my orders?

We do everything with love and pour so much care into this brand. We truly appreciate you choosing your pieces thoughtfully and checking our size charts before placing your order. That way, you only receive pieces you really love .

Please note: 
You can return your item within 14 days after receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within this 14-day period and use our return portal: https://nomoriginals.returnista.com/

Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer. Once your accepted return has arrived, we’ll refund your payment using the original method within 14 days.

Important:
You can return bikini bottoms, but only if they are in perfect, hygienic condition and the hygiene strip is still intact. Please make sure to try them on over your underwear.

How to find the perfect fit?

First, start with the size table on the product page. Then, look at the photos on the product page, which show different sizes on different people and give you a reference of the sizes they wear and their height.

Can I exchange pieces and sizes?

As our collections are limited, having another piece or a different size of your piece in stock is improbable. You can still sign up for a "back in stock" notification on the product page. This will send you an email alert if someone sent back exactly what you were looking for. Be fast.

What shipping method do you use?

We are working with DHL within Germany and Parcel One for international orders.

My order hasn't arrived yet, even though I received a shipping confirmation.

You should have received a tracking number from DHL or Asendia (for international shipping). Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automatically generated summary email from us. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. Still missing? Write an email to support@nomoriginals.com. We will find your order or help you with any trouble.

I contacted you and didn't get an answer. What happened?

That sounds strange, as we really take our community seriously. Please forgive. Usually, this shouldn't take longer than three days. Please check on your side if you wrote to the correct email address, which is support@nomoriginals.com. Additionally, it would be great to check if your mailbox has enough space for our mail to reach you. If everything is fine, that's on us. Please reach out again!

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within and outside of Germany equal the processing costs of the logistics provider, namely DHL and Asendia. We sometimes discount shipping fees under specific conditions, like a minimum order value, within particular countries. The discount is automatically applied at the checkout. Subscribe to the newsletter to hear first about discounted shipping conditions.
Please be aware that customs for shipments outside the EU are not included.

What currency is my order processed in?

Since we are a Berlin-based brand, all orders are processed in Euros and Cents.

How should I take care of my pieces?

Please be careful with things you love. Generally, we advise you the following: Machine wash max 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, low iron, wash with similar colors, and turn inside out before washing. Intensive colors might leak some color with the first wash.
